Terms of service.

Flower Preservation:

  • Quote is valid for 30 days only. Prices subject to change after the 30 day period.

  • Quote is subject to change, with additions and subtractions.

  • Deposit of 30% taken to lock in date for your preserving process.

  • Deposit is due immediately to lock in contract.

  • Full payment must be made within 1 month of contacts opening date (to deposit date).
    There will be a 5% of full payment fee per week, if payment is late. Unless an agreement/ payment plan had been discussed prior. Pick up unavailable until fully paid.

  • Cancellation must be made no later than 1 week prior to date of flower drop off/ event. Fees apply (deposit non refundable in any circumstances.)

  • 4-6 months till completion is only an estimated time frame.

  • If failed to pay in full/ pick up, 12 months from wedding date it will become Flor Petals property to be on sold to regain costings.

  • We take no responsibility in the leaking and marking of coloured/ dyed floral and or plant materials. And the loss of colour with years of ageing. (This is the beautiful natural process of flowers!)

  • Majority of our frames are hand crafted, via an out sourced business. Some frames may have some variations or imperfections.

  • White/ pale flowers or damaged/ older flowers when preserved will sometimes come out more of a creamy brown colour. Please take into consideration that we are dealing with a natural product with variations. (We cannot bring flowers 'back to life' if they are damaged.
    They preserve how they are on the day of hand over.) Feel free to chat to us about replacements.

  • 3D frames: some flowers may have a sandy sparkle residue left on them. This is the preserving agent, which helps with future protection from moisture. You will find over time flower debris will fall to the base of the frame. This comes with age, bumping, moving frame ect. We offer a service for cleaning the frame base- just contact me to organise. We do not cover any damage caused by self cleaning/ opening of frame.

  • In the very rare chance that the flower preservation fails, you will be fully refunded. Or an alternative/ replacement solution will be offered.

  • We take no responsibility of moulding.

  • We do not refund frames before or after pick up. Or change of mind.

  • We take no responsibility or financial liability of broken glass/ frame/ flowers once they leave our door step. (This includes during transit/ postal deliveries). We can help with advice and direction on how to fix.

Flower Deliveries:

  • Local deliveries accepted only.

  • A refund will occur if an order has been made out of delivery area.

  • Flowers will be delivered to nominated address given, we are not liable for your mistakes, such as wrong address/ typos.

  • On delivery of flowers, if occupant isn’t home a photo will be taken as a prof of delivery. Flowers will be left in a safe place in a water source (if fresh.) We are not liable for stolen, or damaged flowers.

  • We are not liable or cannot issue a refund for your flowers once they are picked up or delivered. If a problem occurs, please contact us directly.

  • We do our best to meet your specifications. But as we are dealing with nature, unpredictable weather, and seasons so some items and requests may not be available. We do our best to substitute.

  • We are not liable for flowers wilting and dying within any specific time period. We pride ourselves on quality. Flowers are sent out with care instructions and guides, but we cannot control conditions such as humidity that can shorten the life of your flowers.
